An artist statement is a brief series of sentences that describe what you make and why you make it. It serves as a stand-in for you, the artist, talking to someone about your work in a way that adds to their experience of viewing that work. Please provide a thoughtful and concise statement that helps us understand your artistic vision and motivations.

Select only your strongest pieces—those that you believe best capture your artistic identity and accurately represent your work. Poor image quality can diminish the impact of your art, so please avoid blurry, pixelated, or poorly lit photos.
