My art practice is specific to its place. It moves between large and small. In my public art, I work with steel, aluminum, and bold color to create site-specific installations that elevate everyday experiences and engage community connection. In contrast, my miniature buildings shift scale but not intention. Crafted from wood and salvaged metal, they honor the memory of architecture and document places that shape our collective story, from the Assay Office and the James Castle Shed to my friend’s childhood barn. Together, these explorations of the big and the small reflect my ongoing interest in architecture, history, and the ways we connect to place.
