Carl Rowe

After many years of painting and exploring lands near and far, I am saying in my paintings that the land, our land,, is aesthetic, fragile, evocative, and worthy of close attention and study simply for its own sake. It is our home, it is what we all share, and it defines us in ways we don't always understand.
