Stephanie Inman is a public artist, cultural planner, and graphic designer. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon. Her portfolio includes large-scale sculptures to interactive interpretive signage to illustrations and her own font. Recent personal work includes building little houses out of cardboard, wood, and found materials.
Using materials like steel and aluminum, I partner with the best local craftsmen to bring my public art installations to life. My design studio work also includes brush-style hand lettering and digital illustration.
I believe public art should be rooted in its particular place, responding in a meaningful way to the community and to its natural and built environment. As an artist I’m drawn to public art as a way to collaborate with a community, encourage creativity, and provide art that is accessible to all."
