I discovered my love for clay while studying to earn my BFA. I was working toward an emphasis in Photography, but after one ceramics class, I was hooked.. I love molding clay into functional unique pieces that bring beauty to a home and joy to those who use them daily. With a lump of clay; I can create with slab built, wheel throwing, or hand coiling forms that become 3D canvases of painting possibilities. A Horticultural background inspires earthy, and flora inspired pieces.
