I make landscape drawings paintings that are stylized, colorful, and a bit funky. My work is my interpretation of the colors and shapes in the landscapes of the west. I am fascinated by the ever changing sky and clouds, and by all the wet, squishy, curvy, rocky, blooming, rolling, brilliant stuff on the earth’s living surface.
I earned a BFA with a Painting/Drawing emphasis from Boise State University in 1990, and I attended Utah State University in 1986-1987 through the National Student Exchange Program.
I have exhibited at several local and regional galleries and have served as a juror for many local and regional art events. I have been a member of the Boise Open Studio Collective Organization since 2014.
