A 30+ year award winning Watercolorist, Pastellist and Instructor, she paints primarily in transparent watercolor on various surfaces in a variety of subject matter to include landscape, animal, still life, abstract, southwest, floral and portraiture. Transitioning from a successful business career in Albuquerque, New Mexico into the more serene retired (ha!) life of the visual artist, she has studied with national instructors to include Alvara Castagnet, Terry Madden, Tom Lynch, Carol Orr, Ted Nuttal, Betsey Dillard Stroud, Tony Couch, Ken Hosmer, Frank LaLumia, Dale Laitenen, and David Drummond as well as local instructors. She has shown in numerous Regional, local and national shows, here and in New Mexico, and currently lives and paints in Eagle, Idaho.
