I express my identity as artist by drawing and paintingg personal patterns that change the reality of my existence. I contemplate ideas of my culture through my work, linking death and orientation together by using details of compostion through textiles, collage, paint, poetry and drawing. My Art is an exploration of the Memento Mori, Ikebana, fairytales and mythology.
My Work is an entry way to dimensions where I can discuss sensitive desires and obstacles. Painting is my personal expression created with textiles, collage, sculpture, poetry and music. I use a multi-media disipline where i create material studies from fabric, images, compostions and music. I use the symbolism of images to discuss my poetic ideas of beauty and it's relationship to visual and physical touch. My work is biographical, a self portraiture of abstract and distinct painting styles refrencing the human body.
Benjamin Hunt was Born in Boise, Idaho in 1996 and is a Cornish College of the Arts BFA Graduate. He is an artist that uses healing, predictions, resolutions, and meditation as a vesion of feild. His paintings are reflections of time and moods inside of evoloving enviroments. Representationof visual texture and patterns emotionaly convery graphic structures of fauna throughout his work. He has shown in the International Contemporary Art Fair in Kirchberg, Luxembourg, The Van Gogh Art Gallery in Madrid, Spain and The Bellevevue Arts Museum in Bellevue, Washingtion.
